First Chapter, First Paragraph – Tuesday Intros

Hello All!!!

Welcome to first Chapter, first paragraph, Tuesday intros hosted by I’d rather be at the Beach.  It is a weekly meme hosted to introduce a current read to the blogosphere. I could not participate in the meme for sometime. But this week, I planned and decided that, I should participate in this meme. So here I am with my post for this week.

As you may already know i got my books from the library and i have chosen my current read, Origin by Dan Brown. So let’s head into it.

As the ancient cogwheel train clawed its way up the dizzying incline, Edmond Kirsch surveyed the jagged mountaintop above him. In the distance, built into the face of a sheer cliff, the massive stone monastery seemed to hang in space, as if magically fused to the vertical precipice.

This timeless sanctuary in Catalonia, Spain had endured the relentless pull of gravity for more than four centuries, never slipping from its original purpose: to insulate its occupants from the modern world.

The story is as always interesting and exciting. I have already read half of the book, which I hardly puts it down. I hope you enjoy!!!

Catch me up on

Until next post,
